Writing Credit is Signed Over to You
AWSF screenwriters sign a Ghostwriting
Agreement with you, to ensure that all writing credits and rights are signed over to you at the outset. AWSF
screenwriters sign non-disclosure agreements with AWSF as well.
No Marketing or Promotion Provided AWSF ghostwriting services offers no marketing or promotion of the material, and makes no guarantee that the
ghostwritten Treatment or Screenplay will be read, optioned or bought. Once your ghostwritten material
is completed, it is the client's responsibility to register the Screenplay or Treatment with the WGA and/or to copyright
the material with the Library of Congress.
Payment
Payment is made in advance, through
Paypal only (Paypal also accepts credit cards as well). To avoid additional fees
charged by Paypal, please choose the “Personal Payment” option. You will sign a Payment & Scope of Work
Agreement for your particular project. The price for a Treatment or Script varies according to the time
involved, whether we are writing from an idea, manuscript, or life-story; and whether or not the screenwriter will have
to do in-depth research on location, time period, and industry-specific jargon, or other technical issues. Treatment: $600. - $1,200. Screenplay: $5,000. - $10,000. Since 2005, our fees are some of the lowest in the business. To get an estimate for your project, contact Erin Chapman

Time
Frame The time frame for completion depends on if we are writing a Treatment
or full Script. For a Treatment, it could require 3 weeks to 6 weeks to complete the process. This includes
reviewing your ideas, two phone calls, and a final review of the finished product. For a full Script, time
frame of completion varies according to the material, it could be 2 - 4 months. A RUSH order is possible, depending on
availability of our ghostwriters, for an additional fee.

Ian Weinreich – Ian holds an M.F.A. degree in dramatic writing from New York University, Tisch School of the Arts,
and a B.A. degree in Cinema Studies from U.C.S.B. He has years of experience working as a screenplay reader and analyst for
Miramax Films (No Country for Old Men, Gone Baby Gone, There Will Be Blood); as well as Spyglass Entertainment (Star Trek,
Wanted, Invictus, G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra).
Lawrence Ross - Lawrence is an active
screenwriter/ghostwriter for private clients referred by AWSF, William Morris Endeavor and UCLA. He is currently writing
a script for Director Julie Dash (The Rosa Parks Story); and is a respected author of five books, including the Los Angeles
Times bestseller The Divine Nine: The History of the African American Fraternities and Sororities. (Kesington
Books: 2001). He also writes freelance articles for The Root.com (Washington Post's African American site) and CNN.
Lawrence holds an M.F.A. degree in Screenwriting from UCLA School of Theatre, Film and Television.
Chris Canaan – Chris Canaan has written
movies and mini-series for CBS, NBC, ABC, Fox, USA, Showtime, Hallmark, Starz, Encore and many more networks. His feature
films include, “Robinson Crusoe,” starring Pierce Brosnan, and Dasheill Hammett’s “The House on Turk
Street,” starring Samuel L. Jackson. Chris won an Emmy with Michael Mann for the mini-series, “Camerena: Drug
Wars.” He wrote “Cries Unheard,” with Hillary Swank, Additionally, he has scribed “Gabriel’s
Fire,” staring James Earl Jones, and was co-creator of the CBS series, “Walker Texas Ranger.” His screen
adaptations include the works of works of Elmore Leonard, Ann Rice and Robert Ludlum. In summer 2008 The Lifetime Network
aired his current film, “Little Girl Lost.” For the last several years, Canaan has taught screenwriting for the
Writers Program at UCLA Extension and lectured at various universities, including University of California, Berkeley and California
Lutheran University. Canaan is a member of the faculty at the Academy of Cinema in Athens, Greece where he taught the Michael
Chekhov Technique and creative writing. He currently teaches screenwriting for National University. Chris holds an M.F.A.

David Sakmyster – David is a screenwriter/novelist and is represented by AWSF
Management. David's first screenplay, The Red Envelope, made it to the finals in several screenwriting contests.
His next effort, Isolation, was a quarterfinalist at the Nicholl’s contest and won a Silver Remi award
at WorldFest. The script Roadside Assistance, a horror/psychological thriller, won a Genre Award
at 2009’s Expo Screenwriting Competition, and also won an honorable mention in The Horror Screenplay Contest, and was
a top-5 finalist at Slamdance. In 1998, David published his first novel Twilight of the
Fifth Sun (Dragon Moon Press) – a historical ghost story. His short story, The Red
Envelope, was published in the L Ron Hubbard annual anthology (sales of approx 50,000 copies each year) in 2005, and
Dragon Moon Press published his gold-rush era adventure novel, Silver and Gold in 2009. And in
2010 Variance Press will publish book one in a trilogy entitled The Morpheus Initiative about a team of remote-viewers
trying to discover lost artifacts of mystical power. Book two in this series is finished, and he is currently writing
book three. David has also published over twenty stories in various
small press magazines and a few larger ones.
